Updating the Electro-Acoustic System of the "Burgtheater"
In combination with a proscenium redesign of the Burgtheater and its electroacoustic system will be updated. Present acoustic properties have been determined for the system design and for further modifications of the auditorium. Measurement results proved the subjective audible acoustic defects in certain seating areas. Based on the measurements, a concept and specification of the new electroacoustic system was developed. The first step is scheduled for the summer of 1984.
