A case history of a large stage production is presented. The stage-area audio is emphasized. Pressure-zone, shotgun, wireless and free-field microphone placement and usages are discussed, with their mixing techniques. Mixing live and taped material is covered. On-stage, wings, and back hallway monitoring and mixing is also discussed.
