We are pleased to offer the following accommodations at a special reduced rate for the 2015 Audio Engineering Society Live Sound Conference.

There are three hotels available as well as one student residence.  All accomodations are within walking distance of the McGill Schulich School of Music where the conference will take place.  There are several cafes, restaurants and shops in the area.

Taxes: All guest room rates are subject to GST and PST rates in effect at the time of the event.  Presently, such taxes are 5% GST and 9.975% PST.
 
RESERVATION INFORMATION
 
RESERVATION METHOD:
Reservations will be made by individuals contacting New Residence Hall directly and referring to the group name for Audio Engineering Society 2015.
The AES block of guestrooms will be held until June 12, 2015 Extended to June 30, 2015 and rooms are available on a first come first serve basis. Guest will be individually responsible for payment of their room, taxes and incidental charges.

GUARANTEED INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
As mentioned previously, each guest is responsible for his or her own payment on arrival. When making the reservation the guest must provide a valid Visa, MasterCard or AMEX number to guarantee and hold their reservation.
If the room is not claimed prior to noon on the day following the first night reserved, a no show charge of one night’s stay will be levied by the loss of the deposit or a charge to the credit card number on file.
Individual payment accepted includes Cash, Interac, Traveler Cheques, Visa, MasterCard and American Express only.
Check in time is 3 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
Please note that an early departure fee will be applied for any delegate leaving early without notice prior to 12:00 pm (noon) 2 days prior to the arrival date.
 
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
 
CANCELLATION
Individual cancellations must be made in writing or by calling 514-398-5200 by 12:00 pm (noon) 2 days prior to arrival, otherwise a charge equal to the first night stay plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

McGill University-Accommodations and Conference Services is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to property or possessions belonging to the function sponsors and participants including items left in guest rooms, meeting rooms, public areas or automobiles.
