The notifications of acceptance have been distributed to the authors. The camera-ready paper deadline is on April 8th, 2017.

The organizing committee invites the submission of full papers of 4 to 8 pages by February 1st, 2017 January 22nd, 2017 at www.aes.org/2017semantic_authors. An author’s kit specifying the paper templates for LaTeX and Word is available for download in the submission system. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed before selection. Authors are not required to anonymize their submissions. Acceptance of papers will be determined by the conference review committee, and authors will be informed of the decision by March 22, 2017. Final versions of papers following any revisions guided by the committee’s review must be submitted by April 8, 2017.

The conference program will include both oral and poster presentation of papers. Authors can express a preference for oral or poster presentation, although the final decision will be made by the program committee. The papers will be published online no earlier than 10 days before the conference.

Authors wishing their conference papers to be considered for publication by the Journal of the Audio Engineering Society (JAES) should read the Journal’s guidelines described at www.aes.org/journal/authors/guidelines/ and, following the conference, submit a revised and extended version of their paper for review, using the Journal’s online submission system.

Registration: At least one author of each contribution must pay to register for the conference, and attend to present, or the contribution will not be included in the proceedings. Any author wishing to attend the conference must pay the registration fee.
