Yannis Kamarinos is a graduated sound engineer, member of AES. He started his career in early '90s, as a recordist, mixer and PA technician of several underground athenian bands. Between 1994 and 1996, he studied Sound Engineering in AKMH institute (Athens, Greece) and took the National Diploma in 1997.
Since then, he collaborates with recording studios (Studio Echostasion & Studio Live), radio and television broadcasting companies (Hellenic Parliament, ERT, EnLefko, SkyRock98) and indepedent artists.
He is particulary interested in Hi-fidelity equipment, for domain use, both analogue and digital. Beyond his career in sound engineering, he works as a reviewer in specialised magazines. Since 2006, he is a contributor reviewer for "High-Fidelity" magazine.
