John side-stepped from Chief Engineer to Senior Mastering Engineer at the JEM Music Complex in Chicago in the 1990's.

After JEM changed hands, John stayed on staff as Senior Mastering Engineer while building his own collection of world-class mastering equipment that would prompt him to eventually leave the JEM Complex and create MASSIVE Mastering.

MASSIVE currently serves a clientele from around the world in all genres.
